"We had an incredible stay here! Laura was an amazing host and incredible easy to reach about any questions we had. She gave us a perfect layout of Sorrento and how we could spend our time. Apartment was clean, spacious, and only 10 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go to, which was perfect because we were able to sleep through the night uninterrupted. Great value!"

"Beautiful hotel with wonderful breakfast buffet. The stay was excellent but the evening front desk manager (male) was very rude probably the unfriendliness person I encountered while on a two week vacation in Europe. The bell hop staff were wonderful as well but one person can ruin a perfect stay. "
