"Está en la mejor área de Hakone, justo en frente de la estación de Yumoto Hakone a uno o dos minutos caminando. También la oficina de turismo está en frente entre la estación y el hotel y ahí puedes comprar el Hakone Free pass y hacer en loop recorriendo los 5 lugares y usando el transporte sin pagar nada solo enseñando la tarjeta Free pass por el precio de 6000 yenes. También quiero comentar que para entregar al hotel tienes que cruzar un puente y DISFRUTAR del hermoso riachuelo y el sonido que hace el agua corriendo por debajo del puente, Aprovecho también para decirte que a escasos 5 minutos caminando está el restaurante 808 Monsmare el cual recomiendo al 100 % Les garantizo que si se hospedan en este lugar lo van a pasar espectacular."

"I love Toyoko-Inn in Odawara!!! They give free breakfast!!!! And their breakfast is great with many dishes! The kitchen staff is AMAZING! They are great ladies, always saying "Good morning!" and "Thank you very much." The hotel staff is friendly and helpful! The rooms are really nice! As in many hotels in Japan, rooms are only cleaned once AFTER each 3 nights, i.e., on the day of the 4th nice. It's "ECO Stay." Free coffee until midnight EVERY DAY!!!! Their coffee is GOOD! Don't go to Starbucks :-) Washing clothes is cheap. 200 yen to wash a 5KG load. 100 yen every 30 minutes to dry, but it seems the dryers are not on high heat setting. So, you might want to dry the non-heavy clothes first, like shirts/t-shirts, then the heavy ones with themselves with extra 100 yen coins. I would stay at Odawara Toyoko-Inn! They are a bit better than the Toyoko-Inn in Yashio, Tokyo!"

"I can’t recommend this place enough. When my useless hotel in Kyoto had issues with shipping my luggage to Okinawa (I was already in Hiroshima when they informed me about this) they were absolutely no help and basically told me “sucks to suck” the amazing staff somehow managed to get my luggage rerouted to the hotel and it was sitting in the lobby waiting for me the next morning. Amazing staff and amazing place. I will be coming back again one day "
