"We had the best experience booking our stay here :) our balcony had a clear view of the pyramids and we got everything we ever asked for within 30 minutes; there are many frustrating parts of Egypt but thankfully we had the staff of this hotel to help us every step of the way, they were honest and kind and we felt so lucky for staying here over another place.
