"I would not recommend Hotel Henri. The hotel seems fine and made for a nice stay with parking nearby and the location was good, but there was no hot water during our stay at all and management made a negative effort to work with/help us. When we arrived, we were not notified that there would be no hot water until very late in the night when walking down to the lobby for water. We were told hot water would return in the morning but once morning came, still no hot water to bathe in before it was time to check out. We talked to the front desk employees who were incredibly kind and gave us an email to reach management regarding a refund. I reached out two separate times to ask about a refund and did not hear back at all. I definitely would not recommend Hotel Henri."

"Great location and very affordable. Staff were so friendly and kind, especially Matthew at the front desk. They stored my luggage before and after checkout for free. Room was very clean and a decent size. Private bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable."

"Clean room, close to Times Square, MSG, great food and subway. They cleaned the room each day, and though we were stuck two extra days due to the blizzard, they accommodated us and extended our stay. Wonderful 6 night stay!"

"There's plenty to do/see in the nearby area of 42nd Street. Thats a big plus!! The hotel's downstairs interior is absolutely gorgeous. However, I experienced having a room with a very large water bug (roach) which scared the bejeezus out of me once I discovered it. God knows how long it was there visiting with me lol. There was also a problem with the rooms temperature. Other guest had the same issue in regard to their room temperature. I was immediately changed to another room for my issues. Although, the new room had no bugs, it did in fact have water damage throughout. Which was an eye sore lol when in the room. My motto, spend only 4.5hrs in your hotel room once awake... sleep, wash, dress, snack, photo op, then leave. Outside of the room issues, the hotel staff was pleasant. The night life in NYC is always fire!! You can't go wrong. Enjoy everyone!!"
