"The property was quiet. There wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in our room. So we had to buy a small coffee pot. After a day or 2 the staff let us know we had access to a kitchen for use of a microwave. They had a very small ice maker that we were able to get about a cup of ice from. "Bentley Hotel deserves a 10 out of 5. We just got back from a 4 night stay here. The staff and team made our stay memorable. Mariano, Reinaldo, Housain, and Federico went over and beyond. We arrived a bit early but Mariano made sure we get checked-in immediately and into a beautiful ocean view room. Hotel is directly across (Ocean Drive) from the beach and you get chairs and towels if you ask. Hotel offers beach cruiser bicycles that we took out almost every morning. "Stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to Miami. Hotel room was clean, but very outdated. Elevator is small and needs work. The hotel staff was proficient but not friendly. It was pouring rain and the front desk guy didn't even get up to open the door for us while we struggled to get our luggage out of the rain. Overall, not a great experience. Won't stay there again."
