"Hotel room was great with a view to the pool. The hotel has 2 different pool areas. Room was very clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. Casino was close by and we can easily walk to it. We enjoyed bowling and the arcade. The buffet was also decent. Overall we recommend it for families."

"Hotel was great value but the check in process was terrible, we arrived at 8.20 pm and there was a sign at reception saying ‘gone to lunch, back at 8.45’ we didn’t get checked in until after 9. The manager said she wasn’t able to access the check in systems and the girl working, who is obviously entitled to lunch was entirely unapologetic and disinterested. This is a staffing issue and should have been an easy fix but instead there was a whole line of people waiting to check in with no apology or sympathy. Hotel itself was fine and very good considering the price."

"Some of the signage could be better. For example, the only sign for hotel registration is on the back of the building and hidden by the trees. Good meal at the Last KindWord Saloon and the buffet was also pretty decent. Ice Cream shop - very yummy ice cream! "
