"They took over 24 hours to get a working tv in mom’s room. I asked for both rooms to be close was told that was not possible as they were booked. This was a bold faced lie. We were there 4 days and the place was empty. I’m never going to forget this crappy Treatment. Oh also requested a call from management regarding this but no response from them. The house keepers were nice."

"Room, common areas and pool were very clean (except for an overlooked needle stashed above the bathroom door molding). I guess the price point invites all kinds. Office doesn’t open until 9 so if they fail to put coffee in your room, be prepared for a trip to 7-11."
