Hostel di South Gloucestershire

"Signage for the property was nearly non-existent, I thought it was just a a cafe. The cafe area was clean, but once you went into the accommodation area, the cleanliness was lacking. The staircase banister was sticky, the stairs had rubbish and the toilet looked like it hadn't seen bleach for years. I get that these are high traffic areas but its also not that hard to keep clean. The room had rubbish down the side of my bed and the mattress was dirty. I went to pee in the bathroom and there...

"Very very difficult to get up to our room because of the multi levels of stairs but more importantly copious copious doorways that had to be unlocked to go through to next section. I understand the idea of safety but the situation was frustratingly comical- how laborious and time consuming it all was."

"Like all of it but would had liked a tv in the community area"

"Cool well equipped space with well thought out amenities."

"When I arrived to check in I was told my booking was no longer valid has there had been a change of ownership & name so I had to leave & find somewhere else "

"Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Couches in lobby were very comfortable!"

"It’s CLOSED. NO notice- just showed up and they were closing down. "
