The staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us, showing great flexibility throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptional, truly beyond words. "The hotel smelled of humidity. The TV in the room didn't work. I went to change the remote control 4 times. Finally, I asked them to test it in the room to see if it worked. They put the remote control down and left. I went upstairs and the TV still didn't work. Since I can't sleep without a TV, it was important to me. The hotel is definitely not worth the price they are asking. And they are especially asking for extra parking from the customers who have already stayed"

"Perfect place to stay for Bristol trip. Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t fault it. The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot with great pressure. Staff at reception were super friendly and gave us great local food tips. The location made it easy to walk the local retail park and train station in 12 min. Breakfast has everything you need to start the day. Special thanks to customer assistant for her support during checking in. Great value - will book again next time I visit...

"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice.
