"Note that this is on the north side of the motorway so when heading south we had to do a detour. And when we got to the place we were told that breakfast was back on the north side. And when we left in the morning there was no one around to ask how to get there if we drove as we didn't have much time. We had booked for two nights but only stayed for one."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel and our room, especially for the price compared to nearby options. The location is perfect, right across from a ferry landing and bus stop. Very walkable to many of the city’s attractions as well. It is the tallest building in the area and our room had a lovely view of the river and city from the 14th floor. "Beautiful location but very tired. Great location just outside of Bath but the hotel is very dated and needs a refurb. Rooms are clean but dark wood furniture and bathroom facilities definitely need an update. Breakfast was average in a very old fashioned dining area and buffer layout was amateurish compared with modern hotels. That said, lovely location and great pub at the bottom of the driveway!"
