"Good transport links. Room very clean. Staff exceptionally helpful. Does not do breakfast but sister inn close buy and plenty cafes nearby eg Starbucks . Only there for short while but hope to return and will stay again. "

"Pretty faultless even without a window! The hotel had a great feel to it. Reception had a cool vibe and one evening they had a cheese and wine evening. Very central. Clean. Long stay parking less than 10 mins away. I'd definately stay again. Bravo to the team running the place 👏👏👏"

"The cleanliness was awful. The room smelt terrible, there was mold by the windows. The toilet had yellow stains. There was haur in the bath. Clothes were still left in the cupboard. The shower didnt ket you change the temperature. The continektal breakfast consisted of cheese and ham. Despite all this, the staff were lovely and the view was amazing. The restaurant only had one member of staff, but she was super helpful."

"Arrived late at night for early morning flight. Staff attentive and helpful. Didn't use any other facilities so unable to review those but the room was comfortable and clean. "

"Great location less than a mile away from the M5 and off the main road. Wonderful guy on reception who made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy. We decided to go into nearby Thornbury to grab something to eat. The bed was really comfy and we had our buffet breakfast in the Marco Pierre White restaurant in the hotel which kept us full for the drive home."

"Room was immaculate and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we felt the quality of the food didn’t reflect the price. We paid around £100 for an evening meal which included two mains, a shared Camembert to start, and two drinks, but we didn’t feel the quality of the food justified the price tag. The meal itself was quite bland and lacked imagination. The sauce with the main was overly salty, and the bread was extremely dry, as though it had been left...

"The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. "

"Bed settee, very uncomfortable, especially for such a new hotel, had to book as no twin rooms left, most uncomfortable night, had to sleep on pillows !!"

"The staff are a Great team, they made our stay very enjoyable. I have always wanted to stay there ever since I was a young boy . My wife and I will go back again. If all Hotels had staff so nice every one would have no complaints . David and the receptionist staff brilliant and the lady in charge of the restaurant and breakfast room all staff First class ."
