"It was a lovely room, nicely decorated and good quality presentation of the room including the tea/coffee facilities in the room, but there were 2 things that let it down. Firstly it was a very cold room, the radiators weren't on in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the aircon unit in the bedroom, which was also a heater was not that powerful, and also there was no heating in the bathroom, and with the very large porcelain floor tiles in the bathroom, it was freezing! "The property was spotless, clean, the bed and open area spacious, but the bathroom, especially the bath area, was not big enough to move around.
The room temperature was colder at night.
Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices; the gym space is small and lacks enough equipment.
Most importantly, it is a nice place to get a quiet, relaxing break, and I would recommend it to loved ones and friends for a good staycation.
Also staff were friendly and consider coming back in future."
