"One of the most amazing Places I’ve ever stayed! Breakfast was unbelievable 😊 and the two ladies cooking breakfast were very professional, super nice and very friendly… I would give this hotel a six star rating if I could! Look forward to visiting again👍👍"

"This was such a cute bed and breakfast in Philadelphia and the surrounding neighborhood was safe and pleasant to walk in. Easy to catch a bus into downtown or the historic old city. Each room was unique (we peeked in a couple open doors while being cleaned.) The free breakfast was simple but good and because there are only so many guests, never crowded. Staff were nice and helpful. The building is older, and we had to climb 4 stories to our room, which I did not know. Getting luggage up there...

"Historic but very tired - maintenance issues abound leaving a lot to be desired in this rental price range. Shower/bath tub with rusted drain was tiny with a plastic shower curtain surround and unclean looking old surroundings. The property outside was in need of serious weeding and upkeep. You only get one chance to make a good first impression.
The bed and room were comfortable but damaged surfaces around a hot tub and old furniture in poor condition did not lend a nod to antique...
