"Toilet unflushed on arrival"

"The room was beautiful, clean, ocean view. The casino was fun, lively and inviting. The only thing that could be better was check-in and check-out. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk are not very friendly or welcoming. A little smile can go a long way. "

"The front desk staff checking was really rude, when asked to explain a charge she brushed me off, housekeeping never ever came to clean the room, but someone from housekeeping try to come in to "Check the room" but refused to clean it. I was there over a week now and I still haven't seen my deposit. You cal and call and they hung up on you"

"Parking in garage"

"Paid for King room with balcony through Expedia but wasn’t given that room. Made enquiry about this and was told that Expedia over booked the room with balcony, but wasn’t told this at time of check In. Received this information the following day. was only told this the following day after I called the front desk. No apologies made Friendly staff. Clean room, bathroom, hallways were also clean. However, the hotel must do a better job of ensuring their NO Smoking policy is adhered to. Guest should be aware that the breakfast portions are very small and over priced. Guest should be informed. I think the cost for complimentary breakfast here is way too expensive."
