"This was our second stay at this motel and I have to say it was as great of an experience as it was the first time. The owner is extremely friendly and went out of his way to ensure that our room was ready for us since we checked in exactly at 3pm. The motel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. There’s parking spaces directly in front of the room doors and you can usually catch a spot right in front of your room. The AC works great and is quiet. "Location and helpful staff"

"The room was a $85 special, that should have been maybe $60. Paint was peeling from the tub and sink. Amateur paint job on the bathroom walls. No comfortable chair to sit in, and no table to speak of. Small room that was good for sleeping and nothing else. Did I mention that it was super noisy outside? For almost the same price you can stay at another Motel 6 just a few miles away."

"Waypoint Ventura is a treat, to say the least. All the vintage trailers are beautifully appointed and restored. Plus, the whole vibe in the place is just fantastic. Easy walkability to great restaurants and breweries. Looking forward to my next stay and trying a different travel trailer next time."

"The property sits on a cliff overlooking the ocean and the freeway. It can get noisy especially during the day. It is an old inn, established in 1910. Don't expect a super modern hotel. There is no lobby, just a small registration office.The office and room smells like a combination of old, floral and musty. Found a spider and fly in the room. They have a coffee maker but no free water bottle. They charge $3.00 per 16 Oz. water bottle. Parking is not free. $10 per day fee..Breakfast is mediocre....
