And for the amount I paid for it you would think the house keeping and the room it self would be in tiptop shape but no that was not the case at night it’s hard to sleep listening to all the noises going on from hearing the water pipes go on and off to the room getting hot and turning on and off l.. I keep the a/c at 65 or the lowest it had let me go and off the auto mode and the time I was there there was no sing of housekeeping I had to put my trash outside just to get it clean after I had already request seri prior and don’t get me started on a light bill charge they enforce"

"Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. There were several issues that made the experience frustrating. First, check in took two hours. After finally getting to the front desk, one of the room keys for our two rooms did not work, which meant going back and waiting in line again. Second, exiting the parking garage was a major issue. Guests are told to use their room key to exit, but the system was not working. Many people were stuck, and it took about 45 minutes each time to leave the garage. It was stressful and embarrassing to hold up the line. I later spoke with the front desk and was told it was a system issue and to use the call button for help. This information should have been shared at check in. It would have saved time and frustration for many guests. Third, the shampoo and soap in our room were empty. On the first morning, I had to use conditioner as a substitute, which is not acceptable for a hotel stay. Lastly, the elevators stopped working on our third day. We waited as long as we could because someone in our group cannot easily use stairs, but we eventually had no choice. We had to take the stairs, which made things difficult and delayed our plans. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations. I would not stay at this hotel again."
