"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Maybe I just had too high of expectations but this place fell extremely short of them. Check in and check out processes were terrible. None of the people at the front desk looked glad to help anyone in line and they’re terrible at explaining things, the only highlight was the food, no complaints there, but it does not mask the lack of hospitality. Supposed “power outage” but power was restored as soon as I called the front desk interestingly enough. Don’t let them trick you with the $75 daily...
