"Always a great choice to stay in any WA."

"Do not book this hotel - hotel is understaffed and staff on site is not customer oriented + extremely rude. Be prepared for long line up at checkin. Check out process also extremely painful - cost breakdown only provided by email and poor explanation. Pool is not heated. No slipper/ bath robe in our room. Room cleanliness is average. Restaurant waiters are inexperienced + slow service. Food and drinks are overpriced. Worst hotel experience in more than 30 years for my husband and I."

"We didn’t have lake view but view still good. Housekeeping responses really quick."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Very clean and new. Floor to ceiling windows. Great views. Nice pool. Spacious suites. Direct access to miracle mile shops makes access to the strip easy. Would definitely stay there again. And if you like to gamble there’s easy access to planet Hollywood’s casino via miracle mile. "
