"Location great, staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Most of our showers were with scorching hot water, when we approached 2 different maintenance guys they said flush toilet and let sink water run for a bit to get the shower to cooperate, really?!?! Second guy said call front desk. My daughter said they had same problem in their room."

"All in one entertainment and lodging. Multiple good restaurants, shopping, big pool and close proximity to Las Vegas strip and Venetian convention center. I would recommend they expand the fitness facility, it's really small for a property that size. The sundry/shop is also small and could offer more grab and go items."

"As soon as you walk in staff is nice to guide you and offer you the best deals on the hotel events and shows, also the price through the Expedia app was unbelievable, great price for the quality of hotel they offer and all amenities. "Twice request quiet room, twice I was placed near elevator. My adjoining room had at least for girls wood played loud music, spoke loudly and and played a ball game against the wall. Secondly the lighting switching are very challenging to see and read with glasses. It made the whole ambience uncomfortable. I was in town for a conference and opted to leave the hotel 1 night early for fear of another sleepless night."

"Everything is great about the property itself, Not a bad thing to say. 5 stars. The location however isn’t the most ideal. You’ll be catching a lot of Taxis to see, or attend, events at other venues. Walking will take you an eternity. "

"Check in was easy. The safe in our room wasn't working and it was checked and replaced in a very timely manner, with pleasant, helpful staff. Our 'concierge' was always available and very helpful. Our Mountain Tower room was over a very busy area and had loud music playing late into the night. It was great to be on the strip and close to so many places.
