"Joseph checked me in and from that moment called me by name. Very helpful, everything I ask he was happy and helpful. Others at the front desk were also helpful. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay cooks and staff were polite and helpful. I would like to have had dinner severed a little later. Rooms were nice and clean."

"Another great stay at The Valley Ho! The highlight, as always, is the staff—Brendon, Carlos, and the valet team were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, and the front desk made our early check-in effortless. The rooms are spotless, and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were excellent, and a big thank you to Verg, Andy 1, Andy 2, and Sam for the outstanding service. The team here truly makes the experience—we’ll definitely be back...

"Just opened 1 month ago but still in need of conditioner and lotion, would have liked a coffee maker in the room, luggage rack. There were 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses however no silverware. Would have preferred dish soap to wash dishes in stead of running the dishwasher. And the room had 2 Queens but only enough towels and dishes for two. They have just opened so hopefully these items are on there way!"
