"Rented three different rooms. The two non-suite rooms were small despite a Murphy bed. The floor was concrete. No carpet. The two smaller rooms had no closet just a towel rack below which was unpainted masonry board. Had to use a seven digit code 3 times to get thru the room and the elevator. No extra blanket. Nonresponsive thermostat control. I assume that people who gave this hotel a 10 do not know any better.."

"Thankfully this property is in very close proximity to the airport. 10 min tops.
One of the only perks.
There rooms are very much in need of updating.
The room also had a very strong smell, sorta like a non use smell.
Not completely unpleasant, but also not pleasant.
My refrigerator had a loud clicking sound, why this was never picked up by staff I have no idea. To their credit, I told the front desk about it the next morning, and it was promptly changed.
My shower had a huge hole in the wall...

"This Property is in the industrial zone, and lots of homeless hang around. Doors open at 8:30 am so if you have an early flight you must wait with the homeless asking you for things constantly. they also have poor communication as i messaged them numerous time and they did not respond."

They hotel doesn't even know what they are talking about i ordered a room for 2 and they told menit was for one!"
