"We were on Oahu on a two day layover and chose Twin Fin based on reviews etc. It was lovely. Our flight landed at 5:30 am and by the time we got to the hotel it was 7am. The front desk agent (I can’t remember his name but he was wonderful) found that there was a room ready for us and we were able to check in right away. Room was clean and welcoming. Bed comfortable. We had drinks at the pool that afternoon (Lucy, our server, was awesome) Ordered appetizers from the Tiki lounge and ate on our balcony both nights and made it to the pop up Christmas speakeasy our last night. It was a great experience and we will definitely stay here again. "

"The staff were all friendly and very helpful. You can definitely feel the aloha spirit. Those with little ones, I highly recommend this hotel. Location is perfect and you have access to the pool and beach in a manner of minutes. I have a 7 and 8 year old, so we were able to walk around majority of the time! "

"We have stayed here many times. The rooms are a great size. Could do with a little update to match thr other renovated Outiggers un Waikiki and i believe renovations are just underway. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. All rooms are air-conditioned and all rooms have a view of the ocean. Onsite restaurants are fabulous and offer a great variety. Pool service menu mimics Dukes bar and grill which is a great option if you cant get a table in the restaurant. "
