"Not clean"

"Excellent location, walking distance to the warf. Fire pits out front and by the pool for great seating areas. Said it was heated, but not enough to swim on a cold day. Spa would be nice."

"Very small room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Has a funny odor. Too easy to hear people above and next to my room. Definitely inexpensive to stay there . Building has a lot of character "

"Cramped bathroom. Housekeeping was daily, but cleaning not consistent. No creamer in room for coffee"

"Terrible area of town, cannot walk around without being harassed. There was food in the refrigerator from the prior guest dated 5 days before my arrival. I travelled alone but the room was able to be shared with the room next door. Though it was locked I could hear everything in the other room. If the stay could have been refunded I would’ve cancelled upon my arrival. Breakfast was not edible "

"I think that a valet service would have been great. With parking at 49/night plus tax and an odd flow of traffic in and out of the front of the hotel it would has been very helpful"
