"Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Clean room and tasty breakfasts. Not the most pretty location, right by the road, but the service well made up for it. Thanks for a nice stay!"

"Excellent customer service and beautiful rooms with hot water and decent water pressure. TV didn't seem to get a signal, but the wifi was good. There is fresh milk for your tea or coffee downstairs, but there wasn't quite enough for the multiple cups I drink in a day ;). A bottle of water in-room would be great, there were some refillable bottles of water near the fridge with the milk downstairs, but it smelled a bit musty when I opened it, so I just used tap, which seemed fine. "Crown House is an east Oxford gem. Very reasonably priced rooms, maintained spotlessly, and managed by a kind, very hospitable, and attentive staff. Cowley Road location is ideal given local superabundance of genuine ethnic restaurants, multiple supermarkets, specialty stores, and Oxford's largest bike shop. Local buses run constantly on Cowley Road with easy, easy access to the city center. Crown House's Cowley Road location is also an easy walk to the Oxford Tube Bus stop on the near St....
