"The best part of my stay was the friendly bartender Shadiqua. She was very attentive to my food and drink order. My room had hair in the shower. The shower also flooded the bathroom and the floor drain was too high and did not drain the water. I had to use most of the bath towels to dry the floor in order to be able to walk in the bathroom. The tile was cracked in the shower by the grab bar. There wasn’t any bottled water in the room or even a plastic laundry bag to use for my wet...

"The location of the property was great. Check in and check out was seamless. The codes worked and things were operating. Fortunately, when I got inside the room TV channels were not working. It was a Roku situation and the app was updating. Was watching TV and then it turns off and it starts updating again. It was an issue. Besides that, the floor was a little Dusty. There was some hair. All the experience is great"

"This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's in a very good spot and walkable to a lot of shopping and restaurants and a short uber ride to other sites. It was a disappointing experience though. It's not that the staff were mean but they weren't exactly eager to help or approachable from the time I got there and wanted to leave my bags until check-in time. Anyway, the hotel lost power for several hours which wasn't great. Thankfully their a/c will give you frostbite if you leave it on...
