"This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

"The property itself was okay. Nice to have a kitchen in the suite. The apartment could use with a refresh because the walls were badly damaged and rugs were very worn. Our biggest frustration was that the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything from other apartments. The people above us were very loud and it shock our kitchen cabinets. There is no parking on site and little no extra amenities."

"The room was clean, the property was well maintained and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also delicious and the lady that cooked even let us grab breakfast before they opened the buffet as we needed to leave super early for a flight. They were all awesome! We would definitely stay there again."
