"Severly understaffed and overworked. The poor girl working the front desk was the only employee we saw doing anything, not sure if there is a manager or owner who needs to loosen up the purse strings a bit so they can hire and train properly. She was great, but had to unlock each person's door as the key card machine was down, personally deal with room issues, and had no housekeeping for a couple days. I'm all about cost savings, but not at the employees and customers expense. The room was fine, light bulbs and working wall outlets were hit and miss. Some hallway light bulbs were out, and apparently their painter stopped mid job leaving painters tape all down the rub rails in the hallway. Friendly? Yes Clean? Not nasty.... Maintained facility? Nope Well managed/owned? Laughable Will I stay there again? Nope"

"parking was fine. staff said they were going to clean bathroom but nobody ever showed up. Room i paid for wasn't available and had to pay more for another. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. paid more for a room with BUGS all over the bathroom sink and counter. just a bad experience. "

"Not a great selection for breakfast, pool was being shocked which disappointed us. I wish they would have told us before we checked in since we had kids. The room had some dirty sections like the a/c and blow dryer. The rest of the room was nice. Cleaning staff was helpful and friendly. "
