"The pool is a big draw. The property is maintained well and everyone is friendly. Everything definitely runs on „island-time“, so just remember that you are on a vacation and have plenty of time. I personally did not enjoy the quite loud life music (of questionable quality) at one of the two restaurants of the property. The adjacent beach is currently swamped with seaweeds and therefore unusable but that is just a temporary condition. Overall, a great stay! "

"We really wanted to leave a good review of Villa du Kapress because the staff were so lovely and overall the villa is really nice, we also had one of our best meals here while we were on St.Maarten. The Villa was also nicely located so we’re weren’t right in the craziness, but a short drive away. But, there were somethings that took away from our experience. "This resort is situated in a beautiful location. The beach is AMAZING. Unfortunately, the resort does not offer a lot of structured activities, so if that's what you're looking for, this may not be the place for you. The buffet restaurant was just okay, but the al fresco dining options are good. The tiles in and around the pools need attention, as does various painting around the resort. "
