"Room was dirty, not been cleaned properly for a long time. Shower barely warm. Bed and towels were clean and the young lad on reception was nice. "

"Staff were very attentive, from friendly welcoming on arrival to loaning a charging adaptor, to breakfast on the following morning on the table at the time agreed. The bedroom however could benefit from a good clean, and suffered from dated decor. I however think the cost of the room was very good value. The Guest House is just a short walk from the Promenade close to the Tower, but is far enough away to not suffer from noisy revellers on a Friday night in mid Summer"
