"Our couch was broken, pull out bed would barely come out and couldn't get it to go back in. Pool wasn't open and honestly thought it was an indoor pool from the description. The elevator was very scetchy as well. Was not impressed for the money I spent. "

"Wasn’t able to check in. There was not an employee at hotel to check me in. I had to go to a different hotel. Most unprofessional thing i have ever experienced with a hotel! I will never stay at another Super 8 "

"The room wasn't the cleanest. The breakfast was ok. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The little shampoo bottle in our room was half gone when we arrived. The pool was closed. The hotel is right next to the train tracks."

"Clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Parking was not great and pretty pricey, but usual for downtown. Close to the Arch and park, which we enjoyed."

"Arrived late and they were very accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable."

"Our electricity went out in the bathroom, and t.v. They tried to fix it but they couldn’t figure out what the problem came from. They put extension cord for the t.v. To a different outlet, and another extension cord for a lamp that was put into the bathroom. They did offered to put us up in another hotel, but we had family members in another room so we chose to stay at the Red Roof. Because we chose to stay they did refund our room, which was very nice of them to do so. "

"The room was clean, bathroom needed a remodel. Hole in shower wall- toilet didn’t flush properly- fan loud. Breakfast was more of a grab and go - not much to offer. Good location- right off interstate - 15 min to downtown St Louis. Pool looked great but said it was out of service. Overall served its purpose for driving thru area. "

"Left over food in the refrigerator. Property was run down. Pool looked gross. Tv did not work. Most employees could have cared less about customer service."
