"restroom was very dirty. water in bathtub was backed up and not draining properly. floors in room were dirty. smelled of smoke very badly. however, bedding was clean and i did appreciate that and the size of bed and room. staff was helpful despite being very busy."

"The room did not have shampoo, paper towels, a refrigerator, the water pressure in the shower was terrible, not enough towels for three people.
the floor of the room was not clean, the area was too bright at night."

"Keep an eye out, sometimes the clientele can be spicy! Props to the young lady working the night desk, because an old man started swinging and NOBODY CAME TO HELP HERπ
Anyhow...BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW. Cheap, clean, convenient, but disclaimer: NO SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER. One sad soap bar that somehow doesn't dissolve in water π"

"Room was in poor physical condition but the worst part was the room was heavily infested with cockroaches from walls and lamp shades to the bath tub to the beds themselves. Took photos. Had to check out that same evening and look for accommodations elsewhere. Just a totally bad experience. Hotel said they couldn't refund the charges but had to go back through hotels.com."
