"The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. "the grounds of the resort are immaculate, the rooms, average at best. more time is spent on the grounds than anything else order food or drinks from the resort is absolutely terrible. one point was 2 hours waiting for 2 pizzas, other food orders, 1 hour or more. they are always sold-out of a item. ordering a drink will take 20 to 30 mi ites to recieve as they prefer doing other tasks then looking after customers. multiple times room service takes your towels, and nothing returned until 9pm or...

"In a fabulous location but very run down. Lack of plug sockets. Cord for electric jug didn’t reach the one plug socket so we had to boil the jug of water sitting it on the floor. Intermittent wifi so do your online documentation when wifi is available, don’t wait. And on our last day, no hot water, so it was a cold shower for us."

"Stayed July 09th to 13th 2026.Deluxe room,Has a stench of seweage coming from the bathroom the whole time.There is a TV in the room that did not work.Addressed it with staff,Had maintenance guy try to fix it.Still did not get it to work.Door handle to the was so hard to open.But other then that,It was okay.Staff were great and very helpful.3/5 stars for me."

"Don’t book this place. It is right on the international airport runway. The pillows had black mould, the fridge was not even turned on, no cutlery or cups or water. No tea or coffee making facilities. Don’t even start me about the shower cubicle! The “Breakfast” was a chicken sandwich and a cup of tea, no juice no fruit and not even a coffee. We should have just left and got another accom but it was too late by then. Don’t make the same mistake we did!"

"I am a frequent traveller and had book executive rooms for 11 nights. rooms are not maintained. Had cockroaches in our room. We were then shifted to another room at 11.30pm at night where the bed had a leg missing. Our two nights was ruined as the kids got scared and couldn’t sleep well. Then we had noises from next door room and we could hear they speak. No privacy at all."

We somehow ended up on the ground floor off a halway connecting reception and their restaurant in a comically enormous "family double" room with 4 king beds for the three of us.
