"A beautiful modern resort with spotless bedrooms. The bedroom has a good basic espresso machine but the air-conditioning unit wasn't great. The pool in the resort has amazing (free) cabanas to sit in. The resort also offered a free snorkelling trip. Dinners and lunches are good but breakfast is poor. "

The day of our checkout I left my IPad behind- I was contacted and then the staff very graciously arranged for a guest checking out the next day to bring it to me at our next destination. Above and Beyond service! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Palms for a stay in Denarau! And the cafe coffee and breakfast were all fantastic! "

"The Fiji Orchid is a lovely relaxed hotel with 6 villas tucked amongst lush greens. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful. There is no useable beach nearby and you need a vehicle to go anywhere off the property but it’s near 2 towns and several attractions. There is always someone available to drive you. It’s very convenient to the airport so it’s a good choice for a few nights on the big island. "
