"The apart-hotel rooms were very clean. It was a bit awkward getting to our unit. We took an elevator up and then had to walk down a half-flight of steps. The AC unit was only in the living room but if doors were left open it cooled the 2 bedrooms. The parking was included and we found good parking eventually, but it was fairly confusing. The guys at the front desk were very nice. Washing machine was brand new and there were a couple of detergent pods to do laundry."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and all common areas were exceptionally clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great coffee shops just a short walk away. Also, the drive to downtown was quick and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! :)"

"Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...

"Great location in the middle of the Latin Quarter, with restaurants aplenty and lots of liveliness, but a peaceful night's sleep at the back of the building. Easy walk into the Old Town too."

"AVOID IT AT ALL COST! This unit was a major disappointment. It’s a basement-style space with almost no natural light. Bugs and spiders were present in multiple rooms, and the constant noise from the building’s HVAC system made it difficult to rest. The rugs were heavily stained, the sofa appeared to have dried urine, and the chairs were torn. The sheets did not feel clean, and the bathroom amenities were extremely cheap. None of the bedroom or bathroom doors locked, and the loud squeaking made...

"The property is ultra convenient with the entrance right on Jacques Cartirer Square. There IS an elevator. The one bedroom unit we had was very spacious with excellent AC, a waher dryer and modern kitchen. The view is onto the back alley, but this wasn't a concern for us. There can be a bit of carryover noise from other units, but not so intense that we were concerned. We would very gladly book another stay at this property."
