Couldn’t afford the breakfast because it was separate from cost of the room. WiFi was terrible. Classic look of Hotel was Beautiful and loved the location next to the Alamo. "

"This is a lovely hotel, in a great location. Just be sure not to book a room overlooking the atrium as the live music might keep you awake. I had to endure loud thumping music into the early hours (1-2 am). When I asked if this was normal I was met with a vague answer and no offer to move my room. I was considering extending my stay but decided against it."

"The parking fees are excessive. Since I arrived i did not move my car and used an Uber. I was still billed an additional $400 in added fees and for what i still don't know. I was told it would be $120 when I arrived. Ridiculous amount of added fees. Not happy!"
