"No hot water. Hole in the bathroom ceiling. Dismantled smoke detector above the bed. The people above us were fighting from 12pm until 3am. Called office 3 times to ask them to do something about the noise. They didn't do anything. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL"

"This was a last-minute booking & overall it worked out well for what we needed. The room had all the basic amenities, but nothing extra or standout beyond that. The bed was comfortable & check-in was quick & easy, which we appreciated. Parking was also very convenient - we were able to park right in front of our room.
