"Great location and loved the blockout blinds. Only items i'd fix were the pillows were extremely soft and there was a "night light" in the toilet that we couldn't work out how to turn off. Thanks"

"When I arrived in the room, everything seemed clean and organized, except for the bed, which wasn't properly made. After taking my first shower and feeling the humidity in the bathroom, I noticed two things: firstly, the extractor fan wasn't working because everything was clogged, and secondly, the bathroom wasn't clean. Underneath the sink, the counter was very dirty, and the toilet had layers of dirt on the outside. The room wasn't cleaned every day; I had to go to reception to ask them to...

"Got a pleasant surprise with a huge upgrade! I booked a studio room, but got a 2 bedroom apartment with city views. Unfortunately, that is where the experience went downhill after that. Check in was long and drawn out despite telling me that my room “wouldn’t be long”.. it took over an hour. The room phone connections were down and you had to wait forever for a lift to go downstairs to reception! Even the alternative mobile phone number that was provided just rang out! My friends (on other...

"We stayed only one night - however disappointed to find out that the Wellness Centre at the property was closed for renovations (since April 2026) and not available for use. This was only advised to us after we made the booking.
