Blue Water Resort
Overall we liked Blue Water, but our stay began with a rough start. The cabin we were assigned was musty, and we found mold on bedroom A/C unit. Lovely small hotel, 2 stories, no elevator, stayed here many times on vacation. Rooms recently refreshed, reasonably priced for mid-Cape Cod

Parker Beach Lodge
Very nice, clean facility with friendly staff. We visited in late October, so we had the place to ourselves. Beaches are walkable, the area is safe and mostly residential.
