"It was a safe warm place to stay if you have no place else. The neighborhood was very interesting with lots to places to eat and shop. It appeared safe so I won't knock it. I just really needed a place to stay due to a cancel flight and it was a short walk from the train station that took me back to the airport. The walk with a carry on luggage was very manageable and lots of food shops and restaurants between the hotel and train station."

"It is in a good location and seems tobe popular with large groups of American Tourists.
It has decent facilities and a bar and restaurant Chino Latino that is a cut above the average hotel Coffee Shop. Menu is a ‘poor mans Nobu’.

"The staff at this hotel were fantastic and really were the only reason for the okay score.
I believe the hotel is going through a refurbishment and it really does need it.
We were in a superior family room in a separate building across the car park/front of the hotel which doesn’t have a bar or restaurant. You have to order room service or walk back to the main building for food or drinks.
The room was quite small and dated. The air conditioning didn’t work which was addressed very quickly,...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "This hotel prides itself on location and it is fantastic. Nice lobby then it goes a little south. A bunch of corridors all looking the same ....all grey with black lettering...nobody could find their room! I guess it's trendy. Rooms are bare but I think that's what the place is all about. No tv, no in room coffee, hairdryers etc. just a mattress on a small wooden stand, a sink and shower. Again spartan but utilitarian. No one on staff appeared capable of doing much other than look cool holding...
