It was adequate for a good nights sleep before heading to the cruise port. The bed was extremely comfortable which was a plus. There was no staff as the hotel was self check-in. Bathroom was small but the shower was clean.

Great location. Close to Oxford street for bars/restaurants. Rooms were better than expected from other reviews we read. Excellent for a short stay and for the price.
Lovely room but sadly no air conditioning or fridge. Good location for the docks if sailing and a pleasant walk to the town centre, would stay again but probably not during a steaming hot spell
It was as expected, well located, lots of bars and restaurants, close to cruise

The new owners are clearly trying to get things sorted and put right. It was an ideal stop for the cruise terminal but would benefit from some modernisation and TLC. The vending machine in reception was poorly stocked and that area of the building was like walking into a sauna. Access was easy enough with the codes sent on day of arrival and the staff we great when ask if we could have a late checkout. Plenty of places to get food in the area too.
The location is good - close to the maritime area and city center. The hotel is a fire hazard and it’s ill maintained. I will not recommend it. Also, the advertised pub at the ground floor is it NOT part of the hotel, as advertised.
The check in and using the code for the doors is all a bit of a hassle but during check in window there does seem to be staff around to help. It was a good location and clean.
The room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel is near to lots of pubs and restaurants so it’s a plus. A bit far from the museums and stuff but not too far.. it’s walkable

Room was clean. Bed sheets were way too small for the king bed. We had no towels, however, they did drop off towels a few hours later after sending an email.
The area is fairly quiet and it’s conveniently situated close to restaurants and the cruise port. We do recommend this hotel.
Had a nice stay ...very clean room . perfect location..nice and quiet too...if like me visiting the bars in the area especially the London hotel nearby ...then it's a must .
A good location and cleanliness are all this “hotel” has going for it. No elevator, no USB ports, no bathtub that it advertised. It doesn’t even have air conditioning! It was ungodly hot, especially trudging up the stairs.
The hotel is well located & has pleasant facilities.
However as seniors would not recomend it. Rooms are upstairs with m ultiple narrow staircases which as an 80 plus senior made access arduous
If I were a 30/40 something I would heartily recomend it
Cost & location are excellent. Oxford st. With great restos & bars is less than a minutes walk.
It was a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, tidy and quite modern in design. Great value and if we are in the area again would definitely stay again.

Affordable option to stay central, parking is on the street pay and display. It was easy to access with instructions given, no reception available but worked ok. Not ideal if the weather is hot as no aircon and the building gets very hot inside. For some reason, i was confused as I thought this was around the Marina but not at all.
In summary, no frills and works for a quick central stay.

It's a self service check-in though if you phone for help they answer quickly.
Makes it decent value, carpark opposite is £9 for 10 hours and free midnight to 8am, check in 3pm 10hr parking gets you to 9am the next day, use the machine and pay by card not the app
Good area for bars and restaurants
Bed ok clean but not the best, basic overnight stay
There is a car park opposite the hotel. It’s close to all amenities. The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable that we wanted to ring in sick for work 😄We could have stayed in it all day . It was such a lovely hotel. We will be using it again in the future .
Only downside was the check in procedure which didn't seem to work when I attempted to it. However, door code sent and access duly gained. Nice comfy room. It mentioned about noise from outside, but didn't hear anything personally.
Bed was made each day with coffee etc topped up. Made for a nice base for a couple of days

The room was bright, immaculate, well decorated, clean and the bed was so comfortable with fresh linen. Couldn't fault the en suite shower and toilet room.
The room was so hot. There was a fan in the room but it didn't help much. My grandaughters were in the room above us but their room was dirty, rubbish in room etc. It just wasn't cleaned well before they went in.
The housekeepers we saw were so lovely, friendly, helpful and approachable.
The communal stairway was the main problem. The carpet was dangerously frayed and rising up outside some rooms, especially room 8 and at the top of some stairs. Definatly a trip hazard. The top part of the stairs need handrails. My sister had to come down the stairs on her bottom. Access is not suitable for disabled and those who are unsteady on their feet.
We didn't realise the hotel did not have a reception and worked on a code and email system so it felt a bit impersonal. We were locked out of our room as we put the wrong code in the lock, there are posters telling you who to ring if theres a problem, but we just waited a couple of mins for the lock to reset itself then we got in ok. We didn't really feel comfortable with this system but its personnal preferance. It was advertised as being above a bar but this was closed during our one night stay.
Good location once you relise where you are. Restaurants and local shops a short walk away. On street parking and a car park across the street. Lovely rooms but set up is not for us.
This was not what we expected. Be careful to not confuse this with the Harbour Hotel in Southampton. This place does not have a front desk, our toilet seat was broken and the window would not shut. On the positive side, it is located around the block from a lot of good restaurants and it was easy to get to the cruise terminal.
