"Staff were amazing as was the breakfast, however our room was a bit tired and dated looking, even though we paid for a room upgrade. There were no USB charging points in the rooms and the bathroom definitely needs renovating. Also our room was on the second floor, front facing,so the road noise was quite loud. Request a rear view, or a room on a high floor."

They have water kettle and provide coffee packets & sugar. No cleaning or servicing the room unless you ask for it. I asked for it, they did it one day and I had to go down again to tell them because they didn’t clean it the second day of our stay. Bathroom has one bottle of something to wash your body and hair.
