"We were disappointed with check in. We arrived around noon and all the staff would tell us is our room is not ready til 3pm. Which was fine but they would not tell us the check in process and were quite rude. Grabbed our luggage and more of or less told us to get lost. Very surprising! I think they make more money by not releasing rooms even if they are ready til 3pm because guests hang around and spend money in the restaurant. "The place was generally kept clean. The check in process was a little challenging since there was only one staff to handle a flood of people. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The amenities were adequate for its purpose. The in-house restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was adequate for any traveller. The location was close to town center with plenty of shops to choose from. And, it was close to the cruise port where we would embark for another journey."
