"This is an older property with lots of character. Located near the downtown area, there are lots of dining choices within walking distance. There could be some work done in the interior to make it more appealing but the room was clean, comfortable and, even though we faced the main street, quiet. Breakfast was quite nice with a very good selection. Staff was very friendly."

"For the $91 per night price, this was very good value. Indeed, the property is a mere 5 minutes from the port and train station, which is great. Also, there are good restaurants within a 15 to 20 minute walk. There is a decent full kitchen, although there appeared to be no way to make ice. "Great location and very good price. We stayed after a concert. So literally just slept there. Good that some parking was available too. V basic room but clean & airy. Tea and coffee facilities were good. No towels for bathroom or hand soap so that was abit of a shame. We got a little confused by the digital door key pads but the staff were v helpful and showed us how to use. Comfy beds and somewhere to rest before heading back off.
