"I am local and I needed 4 days very close to my house and to the Beach and not spend too much. This is an excellent opportunity, the prices are affordable. Even if you are from outside Miami, this is perfect!! I was at the beach from 7:00 to 10:30 am and from 7pm to 10:00 pm. The beauty of the sunset was indescribable. Definitely I will book here again, next time. "

"I really liked the apartment, Presidential Loft M13, a very spacious place, and very private, it was very clean, I stayed 4 nights, I traveled with one of my daughters and 2 grandchildren, I had no problem to check-in, I sent all the information by email and there they gave me all the instructions,,when I arrived at the Apartments,,I was attended by a very friendly person and everything was very fast, the place is very safe and very private,,it has elevators,,they give you a code to enter your...

"The property itself was very nice. The room was basic and dated but we had an ocean front room, great view. Everything was in working order. The beach chairs left in the closet were not beach chairs but they worked. I would definitly stay here again and I recommend this property. we were very happy with this property."
