"This hotel was terrible, from the second we went to check in at 10:00 pm it was a bad experience. We had to knock on one of the doors to wake someone up to check us in, which set off a dog in her room which then woke other customers up. The lady checking us in then proceeded to scream at us while another lady came up and threatened to call the police on us because she just got out of the hospital and had a bad day. Once we got our room we accidentally went to the wrong one and the card let us...

"Room was nice, staff was wonderful, being I have celiac disease, breakfast was not celiac friendly. But, it was nice assortment of cereals, muffins, breads, juices, coffee and teas. Everything was set up so nice, and inviting."

"When we arrived the staff was very put out to help us get checked in, then made several negative comments about where we are from The bathroom was not very clean, the paint is pulling from the wall and the shower insert is also pulling away from the wall. The ceiling was also peeling away. It was vey loud as children ran up and down the hall and semeed to be jumping on the floor above us."
