"I stayed 8 nights as a solo vacation traveller sandwiched between work trips. The experience was effortless. I booked a room with fireworks view opting for housekeeping every two days. The staff at Citrus were very friendly, the food selection was agreeable for guests seeking grab and go options. The pool experience was great but the quality of the towels needs to be improved. Resort staff from front desk, bar, concierge and even in the FedEx office were friendly. Oh and the ease of booking...

"It is good to go and hang out-you have to pay extra for parking every time you park and the shuttles to and from the parks and Disney springs only go at certain times that are not realistic making them unhelpful for those of us who wanted to participate in mickeys not so scary Halloween. Call and get the shuttle times first to make sure it will work for you and get ready to be Nicole and dimed for everything."

"The property is well maintained and very clean. The unit we stayed in was nice however the shower wasn't working properly and had a leaky faucet. We had an issue with the AC and called for maintenance and they arrived a few minutes later and fixed the issue. We were disappointed with the on site shuttle service and ended up walking quite a bit instead of standing around waiting for the shuttle that never showed up.
