"Expedia or Disney messed up my reservation, first when I got to the hotel . They only had one room ready and didn’t have the confirmation for the second room that was supposed to be connecting. When the second room was available after an hour with Expedia and Disney. They put us in two separate rooms when we had specifically asked for connecting rooms. We also asked for a quiet section of the hotel and was placed in front of the pools where it was loud ..Also the AC in my room was not working in...

"This was our second visit to Margaritaville. The Room was clean and comfortable, we especially love that there is a balcony so we can sit outside. Pool was amazing, we spend most days there after the waterpark. Definitely would return"

"This is my 3rd stay at the Beach Club. Its pool complex is the crown jewel of this resort. While the pool is amazing and cast members here do an excellent job of taking care of the guests, I did notice the rooms are in need of an upgrade. They felt old and outdated. This is in the deluxe category but didn't feel deluxe. I was very surprised. In the future, I'll choose another deluxe option."
