"Clean room, hot water, beds very comfortable. "

"There was no hot tub that we could find. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are extremely old and in disrepair. Housekeeping only emptied the garbage and replaced towels only made one bed once. Every day we went out and when we returned we had to walk back to the office to get our key reset. "

"Room was just okay for the night but i would definitely not stay for longer than 1 night. The room was not fully clean as there was a cup and a toilet paper roll on the ground. We were not provided with enough towels. We had issue with our AC which kept making a very loud bang noise throughout the night. The breakfast was very bad and most of the amenities were either dirty or slightly broken/not usable. "

"The airport shuttle was ridiculous. Every time we phoned the hotel they put us on hold or hung up. We had 3 people trying and one was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally called the main office and was put through to the hotel desk. We had our bags at the airport at 3:30 and finally reached someone at the hotel at 4:45!! The room was probably renovated in 1990. Awful. Our sink was blocked and my husband figured out how to fix it because no one showed up when I went to the desk to ask for someone to come up and look at it. No one came to clean our room the second day so I finally went downstairs and just asked for some towels. Couldn’t be happier to check out of there! "
