"I was here for a volleyball tournament not a party weekend. This was the reserved/offered hotel for the tournament. We booked our rooms more than six months in advance. I put in a note in my booking and called saying I was traveling with minors asking for a quieter room away from the party scene.
We arrived about 35 minutes before our check-in time. When I got my bill, I was charged for early check-in. I was also charged $100 resort/gambling fee.
When we checked in, we had about 15 minutes...

"Stayed at the Surf club for a second time and everything was great once again. All amenities we needed were there. Any questions we had were answered quickly with just a text. "The rooms were clean, the beds were squeaky and the springs in mattress were loud. The mattresses need to be replaced. The WiFi was absolutely horrible and the TV was worse. You couldn't watch a show without it stopping every 1 seconds. Also there needs to be a microwave for customers usage 24 hours. The guest do not have anywhere to warm up their food. Otherwise, the stay was great!! The Waterpark was nice. My family enjoyed the Waterpark, the arcade and all the festivities."

"Stayed at Resorts Casino Hotel for a quick getaway and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location right on the boardwalk was definitely one of the best parts. The casino had a nice variety of games, and there were plenty of food options nearby and inside the hotel. Staff was friendly during check-in and throughout the stay.
