"Everything was nice from the quick check in. The bar Joy made us a nice drink and the pool was clean and well maintained. The rooms are nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here every time I come home now."

"The night shift front desk agent was very professional, responsible, and helpful. I do not remember their name but I arrived late in the evening and they were awesome. The morning staff was quite unprofessional and rude during the check-out process. "Angel" specifically did not seem to appreciate her employment or understand decent customer service. Would not stay here again. The breakfast was awful and seemed all expired/rotten as well."

"Our room was very clean! We had service to our room every day. The breakfast was adequate nothing fancy but definitely fit the bill for the price. I would recommend this to anyone going to the crater diamond park. It was close and convenient. It’s a very small town, but it has a couple decent restaurants. I would recommend it to anybody."

"No hot water until after I complained to front desk. Turned the hot water heater on, got hot water after midnight.Phone not working in the room. Ice machines not working on my floor, had to go down to next floor for ice. Not a good stay. Breakfast was good, room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room."
