"I purchased and requested (in writing) adjoining rooms however this request was initially not honored. Even though I requested the adjoining rooms well in advance, the rooms we were offered on arrival were not even next to each other. Eventually the front desk staff was able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms, however, once we settled in, we discovered that the rooms though adjacent-- didn't actually adjoin as the door that separated the rooms was sealed.
