"I liked the open character. Appealing. I didn't use the amenities, which is why I rated that 3 out of 5. There should be an option for not applicable. The room was spacious - I liked that! The only reservation: the internet was consistently slow. That's not really an amenity - it's a necessity these days! Otherwise, everything was very fine, pointing out again the spacious room."

"The hotel was good for the price we paid. Breakfast was very simple. Desk Clerk was awesome!
Our biggest issue was with Expedia for canceling our reservation. We arrived at the property at midnight.. And expedia asked why we were late? Sad.. Horrible experience. We were un town for a funeral."

"Chambre un peu vieillotte mais confortable. Bonne literie. La zone est assez calme malgré la proximité de la route. Aucun dérangement venant des voisins. Stationnement gratuit de la voiture devant la chambre. La proximité du parc Universal Studios est un gros avantage de cet hôtel. Seul hic : la soufflerie de la climatisation est bruyante et donc incommodante pour les personnes comme moi qui ont le sommeil léger."

"Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay for only one night but wish we would have planned more time there. This is the second time we have stayed at Royal Copenhagen and would not hesitate to stay there again."
