"Quiet and clean motel. Our room was updated and very spacious and well appointed. We were there for a working holiday and this allowed us a speedy dash to the ferry when the fun was over. This motel is a great jumping off spot for many adventures on the peninsula and the rest of the island."

"Hotel Zed is tons of fun. The water slide and pool area is wonderful. Fresh found coffee for the room was excellent. Grandma’s basement was highly entertaining with the pool table and record player. And the decor was so funky and fun."

"My family and I loved our stay here. Check-in and check-out was easy. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean, cozy and it had everything we needed. Our room (G4) had two big windows which was so nice. We, especially our kids, were also pleasantly surprised to see a lot of fruit-bearing plants around the inn (grapes outside our window, apple trees, blackberry shrubs, etc.) Will definitely come back here on our next trip to Vancouver Island."
