"Excellent"

"Just an easy 5 to 10 -minute walk from Kyoto Station, located on a quiet street right next to an AEON Mall and large supermarket Incredibly friendly, English-fluent staff. Exceptionally clean, large rooms for Japan featuring kitchenettes, separate living/dining spaces, and in-room washing machines. Family Friendly, Highly recommended for families, offering extras like borrowable games or kitchen staples."

"Very well located, few mins to buses and trains. Excellent amenities in the room. We had an issue with our humidifier, but the staff promptly replaced the unit. The breakfast was minimal but just enough. Kids loved the free ice pops. Very happy with the 3 nights spent here."

"Excellent stay. We were very comfortable with the beds and the location. Great staff."
