"The room is even better in person. Really big, you can tell that everything is new. The hotel provided more than I was expecting. Location is great, near to bus stops and train station, supermarkets and restaurants. If I ever go back to Kyoto, I'd definitely gonna go back to the same place. "

"This was the largest place we stayed while we were in Japan. It had two AC units, one for the bed area and one for the sitting area, which was nice. It also had a separate kitchen area that was very functional. The bath was very nice too
Although it was a ways from the train station, the bus service was efficient and we were able to get around easily "

"Property is in a great location, right next to the Aeon Mall and Kyoto station. Easy access to transportation and dining option. Property was clean and has all the needed amenities, including a kitchen. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Thank you for a great stay."

"This hotel is a perfect place to unwind after a busy day in Kyoto. All staff are kind and extremely generous with their assistance. We stayed in the Family Room with private balcony. What a treat! It was great having access to water, soda water, coffee, tea and other soda’s. A nice little touch. Amenities were available. A great location. Breakfast was a basic western meal but quite good! And, yes the room can be busy at times. But a great way to start the day ;)"
