"The room is even better in person. Really big, you can tell that everything is new. The hotel provided more than I was expecting. Location is great, near to bus stops and train station, supermarkets and restaurants. If I ever go back to Kyoto, I'd definitely gonna go back to the same place. "

"Everything was very smooth! A bit small but we didn’t mind. It had all the essentials as well as a washing machine (the drying process was a bit traditional but again we didn’t mind) and the receptionists (especially Hiro) were very accommodating and amazing! We would absolutely stay here again in the future as it is in a very convenient location"

"Room itself is good. Location is nice. It is hard to get someone to help since there is nobody at the entrance counter. Website did not specify some rooms are in basement which they should have told people. Some people do not like to be in basement because there is no real window. It is a little deceiving. "
