"My wife and I only stayed for one night as we were doing a two day mini-trip from Tokyo. The staff was very friendly and helped us get situated. The Japanese-style room was well maintained and clean. We were given robes, sandals, and hot tea. They have a free drink bar throughout the day, but do not have coffee in the morning unless you pay breakfast. Overall great experience would absolutely book again for a short stay."

"We loved everything about this beautiful hotel including: excellent location steps away from train station, Lawson market next door, big rooms for Japanese standard, impeccable cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general, separate shower/bathtub area from the toilet which is convenient for us since we were 3 in the room, super comfortable beds with down comforter, and oh my gosh the BREAKFAST was incredible and so varied - western and Asian choices galore including many traditional foods...

"The place is very very clean. There is someone cleaning everyday. They also have a hot bath area where you can go and relax. If you love the sauna or hot tub you will love this. The breakfast was awesome, they had pastrami duck and steam duck dumplings. Staff are very friendly and quick to help. I am from New York I am use to the Hilton and this place beats the Hilton in every aspect of the hospitality industry. If I am ever in Japan or anywhere I will be sure to seek this Hotel out.
