"The address was very hard to find. And the area was not that close to the market and things. I liked the property ok and the host was nice. Lots of little charges that need to be paid in cash when you arrive. "

"We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation....

"The hotel is in a great and convenient location and is really close to Kyoto Station. The layout of the room is really good and makes it spacious enough for a solo traveler. The amenities are great. The staff are helpful and courteous. I would recommend to get breakfast with your booking as it is really good and lots of options. They also offer ramen at night if you are feeling hungry. "
